Craig Shaffer has over 15 years of experience applying business management and risk-based decision analysis techniques to major corporate and business unit decisions. He specializes in strategy development, portfolio optimization, and decision system design. For the Life Sciences sector, he and his technology team have developed software solutions to optimize drug development decisions, improve sales forecasting in complex disease markets, and understand the unique patient flow dynamics of diseases with multiple patient types and treatment options. For the Global Health sector, Craig and his team have worked with organizations such as the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, the World Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to create tools to help understand the implications of proposed programs to develop, distribute, and ensure the accelerated and continued availability of vaccines for the developing world.
