Nancy Zalesny, Office Manager
Mrs. Zalesny brings over 15 years of office management, human resources, and accounting experience to Applied Strategies' administrative team. As a business operations manager for Kestrel Technology, she was responsible for employee health and welfare programs, recruiting and new hire functions, office policies and procedures, vendor management, and AP and AR. In addition, she assisted management in forecasting and planning activities. Previously, she was a human resources manager and systems administrator in the software and legal industries. Mrs. Zalesny holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in human resources management from California State University, Sacramento.
